We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our Fabric Engineering team to assist with internal Sales and administration duties.
Applicants must have the standard administration experience such as strong communication skills and be adept in Microsoft Office suite but, as equally important is having an inquisitive mind and the ability to ask salient questions in order to obtain appropriate information from customers.
We require someone who is willing to take on a varied role, can multi-task efficiently and who takes pride in accuracy of their work, is organised and methodical, has the ability to focus and work unsupervised but still as part of a team. The role includes but is not limited to such tasks as; taking details of incoming enquiries, estimated and quoting using a standard format templates, ordering various materials and components, organising meetings and installations, various marketing activities including updating website content.
This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday, with a start time of 08:45. The standard working hours are 39 hours a week however, a flexible approach to hours worked is a necessity of the role.
